Naylook

Terms of use and sale

The rules, in plain words: your account, your photo, your subscriptions and your purchases.

Updated 1 November 2026

01

Purpose

Naylook is an AI-assisted styling service: it suggests outfits made of products sold by partner shops and shows how they look on your photo. These terms apply to any use of the site and the app.

02

Your account

You can try Naylook without an account. Creating an account (Google, Apple or email link) is free and needed to save your looks and wardrobe. You must be at least 15, or have your legal guardian's consent.

03

Your photo

You only upload your own photo, or that of a person who has given you explicit consent. Uploading a photo of a minor you are not the legal guardian of, or any image used to harm, deceive or demean someone, is forbidden. Naylook only generates clothes on the person, never nudity. You choose to keep your photo for your next looks or have it erased within 24 hours, and you can delete it at any time.

04

AI rendering

Generated images are a decision aid. A garment's real drape, colour or size may differ slightly. An image that doesn't look like you can be redone for free, without counting towards your quota.

05

Buying from shops

Naylook does not sell clothes. When you tap a product you are sent to the partner shop: the sale, delivery, returns and customer service are that shop's responsibility under its own terms. Naylook may earn a commission on these purchases, at no cost to you.

06

Subscriptions and payments

Premium, Duo and look packs are described on the Pricing page, prices including VAT. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Payment is handled by our secure payment provider; Naylook does not store your card details. Unused monthly looks don't roll over; pack looks stay valid for 12 months.

07

Pause and cancellation

You can pause your subscription for 1 month, or cancel it, from your account in two clicks. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, at no cost.

08

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days to withdraw after subscribing. If you ask to use the service straight away (for example by generating a look), you agree that it starts before this period ends and waive your right of withdrawal for the part already used, as allowed by consumer law.

09

Liability

Naylook does its best to suggest products that are available, in your size and at the right price, but stock and prices are set by the shops and may change. Naylook cannot be held liable for a product sold by a partner shop.

10

Personal data

How we process your data is described in our privacy policy.

11

Governing law and mediation

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute you may use, free of charge, a consumer mediator (their details will be published here before subscriptions open) or the EU online dispute resolution platform.
